Protect body odor

Protect your body odor

1. Keep Yourself Clean

Shower at least once a day and you'll wash away sweat as well as reduce the number of bacteria on your skin. Washing thoroughly, especially areas prone to sweating, can reduce body odor.
 2. Use Antibacterial Soap
Washing thoroughly with an antibacterial soap bar will reduce the bacteria count, in turn reducing the odor.
3. Towel Off Thoroughly
Once you've showered, be sure you dry yourself completely. Towel off and make sure you dry any areas where you sweat a lot.
4. Apply Deodorants or Antiperspirants
Once you are clean and dry, use a strong deodorant or antiperspirant on your underarms. While deodorants do not prevent sweating, they mask the smell of bacteria on your skin. Antiperspirants contain aluminum chloride, a chemical that reduces sweating, and often also contain a deodorant.Apply the deodorant or antiperspirant twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
 5. Keep Your Wardrobe Squeaky Clean
Change clothes often when you're sweating heavily. Fresh clothes help keep body odor down.
 6. Cut Out "Offensive" Foods
Foods that tend to make you sweat more, such as hot peppers or other spicy foods, might also contribute to body odor. And the aroma of foods such as onions or garlic can be carried in the sweat, making you smell bad.

Keep ur silver jwelry shining

Keep your Silver Jewelry shining

Silver jewelry is important to make that silver shine last a lifetime. Most silver jewelry is actually pure silver alloyed with copper - or Sterling Silver - which is a much stronger metal but can tarnish if not cared for properly.

1.Try to to keep your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place in tarnish prevention cloths or bags.
2.Avoid exposing your silver jewelry to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water to avoid damage.
3.Sterling silver jewelry that is worn continually often develops a unique patina - or a kind of glow combined with darkened areas. If you like the look, more power to you, but if you prefer your silver jewels bright and shiny, you should clean them with a Silver Polish.
4.Some people use toothpaste to clean their sterling silver pieces, but most silver experts today caution against it because they feel it's too abrasive and leaves dulling scratches.

Summer foot care tips

  •                 Summer Foot Care Tips

1. When you're wearing tight shoes, foot perspiration can be a problem. Where there's moisture, there's the potential for a fungal infection. You're more prone to colonization with bacteria that can produce odor. Wash your feet several times a day if necessary, but be sure to dry your feet thoroughly before putting your shoes back on.

2. Foot scented powders help to soak up excessive moisture that can breed fungi and bacteria. If you're in a bind, you can use corn starch to keep your feet dry and moisture free.

3. Consider wearing an open sandal in the summer to keep your feet dry and give them a chance to "breathe". Beware of sandals with thongs that fit between the toes since these can be irritating to the foot and cause blister formation.

4. If you do lots of walking on your job, treat yourself to a professional foot massage every few weeks.

5. You want to avoid the accumulation of moisture in your socks which can make you more susceptible to a foot bacterial or fungal infection. Change into clean, dry socks several times a day in warm weather.

6. Feet are subject to sunburn just like the rest of your body. Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 if you're going to be barefoot outdoors or have your feet exposed through open sandals.

7. Locker rooms are a common source of fungi and bacteria that can set up a foot infection. Always wear sandals when walking around in a public locker room.
